The Majorelle Garden in Marrakech is one of the most visited sites in Morocco. It took the French painter Jacques Majorelle (1886-1962) forty years of passion and dedication to create this enchanting garden in the heart of the "Ocher City".

We walk along shady lanes, among trees and exotic plants of dreamy origin; We pass by refreshing and bubbling streams filled with water lilies and lotus flowers, We hear floating in the air, laden with sweet perfumes, rustling leaves and twittering of many birds that come here to take refuge, we stop and the path turns unexpectedly, revealing a building of Moorish charm, with a hint of Art Deco, painted in surprisingly vibrant primary colors, glowing an intense blue artist perceived in the Atlas Mountains.

We are soothed and delighted by the harmony of this lush and vivid imagery, which emits a delicate summation to the senses, offering us a soothing retreat near, yet so far away from the busy city, sheltered from time by high walls of earth.
